(developer, training since 2017) and Dainius K. (UI/UX designer, training since 2013). The app was created without venture capital or corporate backing, born from a personal need for a tracker that genuinely supports both street workout and gym training. ## Pages - Homepage: https://calitracker.com - FAQ: https://calitracker.com/faq - Calisthenics Glossary (90 bodyweight training terms defined): https://calitracker.com/glossary - Privacy Policy: https://calitracker.com/privacy.html - Terms of Use: https://calitracker.com/terms.html - One Rep Max Calculator (bench press, squat, deadlift, weighted pull-ups, dips and muscle-ups): https://calitracker.com/one-rep-max-calculator (also /es/, /fr/ and /pt/ versions at the same path) - Weighted Pull-Up 1RM Calculator: https://calitracker.com/weighted-pull-up-1rm-calculator (also /es/, /fr/ and /pt/ versions at the same path) - Calisthenics Skills in Order (what to learn first, next and last, with steps and example workouts): https://calitracker.com/calisthenics-progressions (also /es/, /fr/ and /pt/ versions at the same path) - Calisthenics Strength Standards (pull-up standards by age; weighted pull-up and dip ranks by bodyweight): https://calitracker.com/calisthenics-strength-standards (also /es/, /fr/ and /pt/ versions at the same path) - Calisthenics Workout Plan Generator (routine by level, equipment and days per week): https://calitracker.com/calisthenics-workout-plan (also /es/, /fr/ and /pt/ versions at the same path) ## Calisthenics Skills in Order A guide to which calisthenics skills to learn first, next and last. Eight skills ordered from easiest to hardest: push-up, pull-up, L-sit, pistol squat, handstand, muscle-up, front lever, planche. Each skill has its prerequisite, typical timeline, step-by-step progression and an example workout. - Order to learn: push-up, pull-up, L-sit, pistol squat, handstand, muscle-up, front lever, planche. - Prerequisites: muscle-up needs about 10 strict pull-ups and 8+ dips; front lever needs 10+ pull-ups and a strong hollow body hold; planche needs 20+ push-ups and solid pseudo planche push-ups. - Typical timelines with consistent training: L-sit 4-8 weeks, pistol squat 2-4 months, first handstand holds 2-4 months, muscle-up 3-9 months, front lever 6-18 months, full planche 18 months to 4 years. - When to move on: 3 sets of 8 reps for rep-based steps; holds are trained at 60-70% of maximum hold time. ## Calisthenics Workout Plan Generator A free tool that builds a weekly calisthenics routine from three choices: level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), equipment (none, pull-up bar, pull-up bar and dip bars) and 2 to 5 training days per week. 36 routines in total; each lists exercises, sets, rep ranges, rest, estimated session length and the next harder exercise for every movement. - Splits: 2 days full body A/B; 3 days full body A/B/A; 4 days upper/lower twice; 5 days push, pull, legs, upper, lower. - Every routine trains each major muscle group at least twice a week with 2-4 sets per exercise and 12-20 weekly sets each for pulling, pushing and legs, following the 2026 ACSM resistance training position stand. - Levels: beginner = fewer than 5 pull-ups or 15 push-ups; intermediate = 5-12 pull-ups and 15+ push-ups; advanced = 12+ pull-ups and 15+ dips. - Rep ranges: beginner 3 x 5-8 on upper-body exercises, intermediate 3 x 6-10, advanced weighted pull-ups and dips 4 x 4-6. Sets end with 1-2 reps in reserve; training to failure is not required. - Progression: double progression. When every set reaches the top of the rep range, switch to the next harder variation (for example incline push-up, push-up, archer push-up) or add 2.5 kg on weighted pull-ups and dips. - No equipment: table rows and towel door rows replace pull-ups; a pull-up bar is the most useful first purchase. ## Calisthenics Strength Standards A free tool and reference tables that rate pull-ups, weighted pull-ups and weighted dips against published standards. - Pull-up reps, adults: US Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (MCO 6100.13A, Table 2-2). Men need 3-5 strict pull-ups to pass and 18-23 for the maximum score, depending on age; women need 1-4 to pass and 4-12 for the maximum score. - Pull-up reps, ages 14-17: Presidential fitness test. Boys' 50th percentile is 5-8 reps and 85th percentile is 10-13; girls' 85th percentile is 1-2. - Weighted pull-up, one rep, International Streetlifting Federation ranks (January 2026): a man up to 75 kg reaches Class III at +40 kg, Class I at +57.5 kg and Master of Sport at +72.5 kg; a woman up to 56 kg at +15, +20 and +25 kg. - Weighted dip, one rep, same federation: a man up to 75 kg reaches Class III at +50 kg, Class I at +80 kg and Master of Sport at +105 kg; a woman up to 56 kg at +25, +30 and +37.5 kg. - These are standards for trained people, not general-population averages. ## Weighted Pull-Up 1RM Calculator A free calculator for weighted pull-ups and chin-ups that counts bodyweight as part of the load. Inputs: bodyweight, added weight, reps completed, reps in reserve (RIR). Outputs: total system weight, estimated total 1RM, estimated added-weight 1RM, and 2RM to 10RM loads. - Formula: added-weight 1RM = (bodyweight + added weight) x (1 + (reps + RIR) / 30) - bodyweight. This is the Epley equation applied to total system weight. - Example: 75 kg bodyweight, +25 kg for 5 reps at 1 RIR gives a 100 kg system weight, a 120 kg total 1RM and a +45 kg added-weight 1RM. - Why Epley: no rep-based formula has been validated on weighted pull-ups specifically; Epley, Brzycki and Wathen perform almost identically on large datasets, and Epley stays stable at high rep counts. Including bodyweight matters far more than the formula chosen. - Percentages of 1RM apply to total system weight, not to the added weight. ## Contact - Email: info@calisthenicstracker.com - Website: https://calitracker.com
